  • Made-to-order garments are produced only after payment. Timelines vary and are shown at checkout.
  • Minor variations in handmade garments (colour, stitching, etc.) are normal and not defects.
  • Product images and specs are for guidance. Colour/appearance may vary due to display differences.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in INR and subject to change without notice.
  • Full payment is required before production. COD is not available unless stated.
  • Taxes, duties, or fees at the destination are the customer's responsibility unless stated.
  • We may correct pricing errors and contact you before fulfilling the order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated production/delivery timelines are provided but not guaranteed.
  • Production typically takes 3–4 weeks depending on complexity and season.
  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control (customs, strikes, natural events, etc.).
  • Risk and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Domestic shipping may be free where indicated.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Defects

As a general rule for made-to-order products, The Wrong Girls does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

8. Size, Fit and Customer Measurements

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements for tailored orders.
  • We may assist with sizing, but post-delivery alterations are the customer’s responsibility unless due to manufacturing defects.

9. Garment Care

Follow care instructions provided with the product. We are not liable for damage due to misuse, alterations, or incorrect care.

10. User Accounts and Security

  • Provide accurate details when creating an account. Keep credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all account activity. Report any security breach immediately.

11. Intellectual Property and Use of Content

  • All content belongs to The Wrong Girls or respective owners. All rights reserved.
